Welcome to our Year of Impact
2023-2024
Greetings Ford Family,
As we embark on a new year at Ford Elementary School, I am excited at the opportunity to help develop a
bright future for our students. We are “Elevating our Impact” and determined to exhibit excellence in all we
do. Our vison is to be the best on all performance measures. Our entire team will work collaboratively to
continue building a legacy of success for ALL students through appropriate relationships, professional
practices and needs based instruction.
It is my sincere honor to be a part of the Ford Elementary Team and to work with everyone to make our
school the best place for our students and staff to teach and learn. As I begin my twenty-sixth as an
educator, I start with three priorities. The priorities are to ensure our students and staff have a safe and
orderly environment, to ensure our students receive the highest quality instruction available, and to maintain
high levels accountability in our efforts and results.
The 2023-2024 school year will be a tremendously successful and rewarding year for every Ford Elementary
student as our team supports the academic, social and emotional growth of each child. During the course of
the year, it is my hope that each stakeholder will lend a hand and maximum positive support to allow our
students every opportunity for success. You will find that my door is always open and I am here to support
you in any way possible. Therefore, feel free to stop by to share suggestions, provide support or to serve as a
volunteer. I will host Principal’s Chats throughout the school year so that you remain informed and we have
opportunities to share ideas and success stories.
